The Language of Relationships (February 2026)
January Edition, art therapy at your doorway.
A gentle invitation to begin the year by grounding into what truly matters, through creative ACT-based practices (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy). This edition introduces you to the Hexaflex, not as theory, but as lived experience, using art, reflection, and mindful tracking to help you build psychological flexibility, one small step at a time.
January is not about fixing yourself, but about learning how to stay present, make room for your inner world, and move toward your values with kindness, curiosity, and creativity.

February is often talked about as the month of love, but relationships are so much more than romance. They’re about connection, boundaries, patterns, tenderness, misunderstandings, and repair. This month’s snail mail is an invitation to gently explore all of that, with curiosity and compassion. It will include:
a Victorian-style letter, created to be both visually rich and nourishing for the mind. It introduces a subtheory of Transactional Analysis that focuses on relationship dynamics, how we relate to romantic partners, friends, colleagues, and even ourselves.
- more personal letter from me, meant to bring you closer to Stephen Karpman’s Drama Triangle. Together, we’ll look at how we can unconsciously slip into roles like rescuer, victim, or persecutor and, more importantly, how we can step out of these loops with awareness and choice.
You’ll find ephemera to play with, as always, such as stickers, wrapping paper, plus a very special envelope, chosen to make the whole experience feel like a small ritual. Something to open slowly, maybe with a cup of tea nearby.
Stay curious,
Aditi
